Guide

How does a post actually go out?

Approving marks a post ready. Staging queues it. A publish slot sends it.

  1. Approving a draft marks it ready; it does not queue anything by itself. Editing alone isn’t approval: press Approve when it reads right.
  2. Stage is the switch that arms a post for automatic publishing. Approve & Stage, on a draft that is ready to go, does both in one click.
  3. Your cadence has publish slots. At each slot time, the post at the top of that channel’s staged queue goes out.
  4. The Dashboard shows this week at a glance: each post at its posting time, marked with its platform’s logo, with the open slots still to fill. The Calendar page, under Automation, shows the whole month, where you can drag a post to another day.
  5. “Post now” skips the queue and publishes immediately.
