- Is the post Staged? Approving alone never publishes; Stage is the switch.
- Is Automate posting turned on? The toggle lives on the Automation page.
- Is the posting engine running? When it is paused, a note appears where you work and staged posts wait.
- Are your social connections healthy? The Connections section on the Automation page shows each channel’s status.
- If the moment already passed, the post may be marked failed for missing its window. Reenable it and reschedule, or use Post now.
