- Every post has a format: a standard feed post, a multi-photo carousel, a short video reel, or a 24-hour story.
- The format shows as a badge on each draft in Review and on the Calendar.
- Change it on the post’s card. The picker only offers formats that post’s channel supports.
- Each format has media needs: a carousel needs at least two photos, a reel needs a video, a story needs a photo or video.When media you attach doesn’t fit the format, the app flags it when you approve or stage; anything still missing is caught before it publishes.
