Glossary
- Marketing Studio
- This application, your single hub for local marketing.
- Cadence
- The schedule that controls how often each kind of content is created and published.
- Task
- An AI skill you can run to produce marketing work, such as a post or a report.
- GBP
- Google Business Profile: your business listing on Google Search and Maps.
- Brand voice
- The saved tone and language rules the system uses to keep content sounding like you. You edit them on the Branding page.
- Vault
- A secure home for your credentials, brand assets, and shared files (coming soon).
- Stage
- Queues an approved post for automatic publishing. Approving alone does not queue it; staging does.
- Media Library
- Your photos and generated images. Approved items form the pool Auto Assign picks from when attaching an image to a post.
- Auto Assign
- The button that automatically picks the best approved photo from your media library for a post.
- Format
- How a post appears on its channel: a standard feed post, a photo carousel, a short video reel, or a 24-hour story.
- Carousel
- A single post that carries several photos the viewer swipes through. Needs at least two photos.
- Reel
- A short vertical video post. Needs a video attached.
- Story
- A photo or video that shows for 24 hours and then disappears.
- Instagram crop
- The square you choose on a tall photo so Instagram can post it. Photos needing one show a "⚠ IG" badge in Media.
- Watermark
- Your logo applied to post images at publish time. The photo in your library stays clean.
- Publish slot
- A time in your cadence when the post at the top of that channel’s staged queue goes out automatically.
- First comment
- A comment posted right after an Instagram post publishes. It is a common pattern that keeps the caption clean.
- Copy to
- The Review tool that makes an adapted draft of a post for each platform you tick. Each copy waits in Drafts.
- Focus keyword
- The phrase a blog post is written to rank for. The SEO checklist scores the title, the first paragraph, a heading and the description against it.
- Button post
- A Facebook post carrying a button such as Make an appointment. Facebook shows the link’s preview card instead of the photo.
- Timing labels
- Seasonal, promotion and one-time-only marks on a post, for your planning. They never move or stop a post.
- Application Password
- A password WordPress issues for one application. AutoInit publishes to your site with one, and revoking it in WordPress disconnects us.
- Trial
- Starter’s free period with a card on file and its own weekly post cap. The plan banner counts the days.
