- Open the editor from a photo in Media or from the photo on a post. Five tools sit in the rail: Crop and straighten, Shape, Text, Branding and Logo.
- Shape picks the frame a channel needs; the square is what Instagram wants from a tall photo. Drag the photo so the part that matters sits inside the frame.
- Text adds a headline in your brand fonts, Inter or Fraunces, with its weight, its alignment and a panel behind the words. Branding sets the colours, from your brand palette or any colour you pick.
- Logo places your watermark in a corner. The default comes from the Branding page; here you change it for this one photo.
- Save. The editor writes a new photo beside the original, which stays as it was, so you can always go back to it.
Guide
How do I edit a photo before it posts?
The photo editor crops, straightens, reshapes, adds text and your logo, and saves a new copy next to the original.
