- Open the post in Review and press Copy to… in the tools row. A panel lists the other social platforms; your blog can be the source of a copy but never a target.
- Tick the platforms you want. A note under a row says when that platform is not connected yet or, for Instagram, when the post has no photo. You can still tick it and fix that on the copy.
- For a Facebook or Instagram copy, choose the post type: a feed post, a reel or a story.
- Press the button. One run rewrites the text for every platform you ticked, inside each one’s length limit, and the copies land in Drafts marked Copied from, each carrying the original’s photos.A copy that would not fit its platform is reported as failed for that platform alone; the others still arrive.
- Review each copy like any other draft. The copy itself schedules nothing.
Guide
How do I post the same thing on other platforms?
Copy to… makes one adapted draft per platform from a post you already like, each waiting in Drafts for your OK.
