Every item is a card in one of three columns: To do, In progress and Done. Drag a card to move it. A card marked In review sits in In progress, and a Released card sits in Done.
Open a card to set who owns it, its status, category, priority and effort, or to add a description.
Use New item to add something you noticed. Save and add another keeps the form open for a whole list.

Filter by Unassigned to find the items nobody has picked up yet.

Dragging within a column reorders it only while the sort is Order. Priority and effort are sorts, not positions.
